Linda Mae (Troy) Meckley

Linda Mae Meckley, 68, of Catawissa passed away Tuesday July 17, 2018 at her residence. She was born in Locust Township, a daughter of the late Howard and Margaret (Beaver) Troy.

She graduated from Southern Columbia High School class of 1968. She previously worked at Brookdale assisted living in the housekeeping department. Linda enjoyed reading, and spending time with her family. She was a member of Numidia Grange.

Linda is survived by two daughters; Melissa L. Leiby and husband James of Millville, and Vicky Craley and husband Joshua of Newville, Pa, two grandsons; JT and Mathew Leiby, and partner Wayne Spudes Sr.

Linda was preceded in death by her parents as well as her husband Roy Martin Meckley who passed away in 1980, and brother Robert Troy.

Services will be Friday July 20, 2018 at 11:00 am at the Allen R. Horne Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 193 McIntyre Road, Catawissa with Pastor Gordon Smith officiating. Burial will follow at Elan Memorial Park. Family will receive friends at the funeral home from 10:00 am until time of service.
