Ajay Woodward Obituary

Ajay J. Woodward, 34, of Catawissa passed away on Saturday May 2, 2026, doing what he loved riding his motorcycle. He was born April 23, 1992, in Roanoke, Virginia, a son of Susan (Rosen) Fink and the late Douglas R. Woodward Sr.

Ajay was known throughout his family and community as a man who could fix just about anything and who was always ready to lend a hand. Handy by nature, kind in spirit, and generous in heart, he carried himself with a quiet strength that made others feel supported and cared for. From an early age, his interest in tools and mechanical things was clear. He was only 2 years old when he played with his first tool kit, and that early curiosity grew into a lifelong passion for anything with a motor. Cars, motorcycles, and all things that moved and needed attention captured his interest and became a meaningful part of who he was.

He worked alongside his best friend, Jeremy Brobst, at Brobst Exteriors, where his strong work ethic and dependable nature were appreciated by all who knew him. Ajay took pride in doing honest work and in being someone others could count on. He approached his responsibilities with care and dedication, and he earned respect through his actions and the way he treated those around him.

Ajay was also a proud member of the Privileged Descendants Motorcycle Club, where he found friendship, fellowship, and a shared appreciation for the open road and the machines he loved.

Above all else, Ajay cherished his family. He loved spending time with his children and his wife, Amanda Long, and those moments brought him great happiness and purpose. He is survived by his mother, Susan Fink her husband, Terry L.; his wife, Amanda Long; his five children, Colton Long, Myles Woodward, Faith Woodward, Jelyssa Woodward, and Paisley Woodward; his brother, Douglas R. Woodward Jr. and Victoria of Florida; his sisters, Ashley Woodward husband Nicholas of Texas and Krystle Orlando and her husband Sean of New Jersey; as well as 11 nieces and two nephews.

A celebration of life will be held on May 17 from 11:00 am until 3:00 pm at Turkey Hill Brewing Co., 991 Central Road, Bloomsburg. Ajay will take his last ride through the entrance to the celebration of life just before 11:00 am.
