Blair D. Lewis Sr., 55, of Blakeslee, passed away Wednesday, April 26, 2017 at Lehigh Valley Hospital Pocono.
He was born July 1, 1961 in Bloomsburg, a son of Barbara B. “Bucher” Lewis of Catawissa and the late Benjamin W. Lewis.
He graduated from Edison High School in NJ and received an Associates Degree at Brookdale Community College. He enjoyed tinkering with cars and good food.
In addition to his mother he is survived by his companion Kellie Montrose of Blakeslee, two sons Blair D. Lewis Jr. and Jared A. Lewis both of Berwick, daughter Amanda A. Lewis of Williamsport, two grandchildren, brother Brian J. Lewis and wife Lisa of Edison, NJ, and sister Bonnie and husband Frank Stanski of Whitehouse Station, NJ.
Services will be at the convenience of the family. Burial will be at Elan Memorial Park, Bloomsburg. Friends and family may send condolences at www.allenrhornefuneralhome.com. The Allen R. Horne Funeral Home and Cremation Services is handling the arrangements.
