Carolyn was an elder and deacon of First Presbyterian Church in Bloomsburg.  She was a sister in P.E.O. chapter CI and a life member of Columbia County Historical and Genealogical Society.  Her interests included travel (in 48 states and over 20 foreign countries), archeological excavation in the Holy Land, chorusing, and needlework.

She is survived by her husband of 60 years, William Baillie of Danville, sister Jessie Greenman of Austin, TX, daughter Joanne Baillie of Baltimore, and three grandchildren: Katie Egan of Hershey, PA and Will and Sarah Egan of Baltimore.  Her son, Robert W. Baillie, died in 2016.
