David Bradford Remig

            David Bradford Remig, 61, of Numidia, died suddenly at home on July 28, 2015. Born in Passaic, N.J. to Edgar Snyder Remig and Virginia Ruth Campbell, his family moved to the Jersey shore when David was a baby and he grew up in Point Pleasant and attended Point Pleasant Boro schools. He later worked at Hwy 35 Lanes, Wall Twp, New Jersey.

            David was predeceased by his father, Edgar and his grandmother, Mildred Campbell and uncle, William Campbell. He is survived by his mother, Virginia, of Millville, his brothers, Warren, Wayne, Craig, Guy and Donald, eleven nieces and nephews and four great nieces and nephews who will miss their Uncle Dave.

            Married and divorced and in ill health for the greatest part of his life, David had a good heart and a love of people, animals and parties. He hosted a yearly picnic to introduce old and new neighbors to each other and was working on this year’s picnic at the time of his death.

            Funeral arrangements will be private but, in the spirit of David’s love of parties, a celebration of his life will be held on August 8, 2015 at 1:00 pm, in the banquet room of Ponduce Farm, 270 White Church Rd, Elysburg, PA 17824. All who knew are invited to attend.
