David C Shoup

David C. Shoup, 80, of Danville, went to be with the Lord, August 31, 2021, at the Emmanuel Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation Danville. He was born, July 4, 1941, in Catawissa, a son of the late Tobias and Loreen (Williams) Shoup.

He was a graduate of Southern Area High School, and joined the United States Army serving a tour over in Korea. He enjoyed hunting. He lived most of his life in Catawissa area.

David is survived by two sons, Wayne Shoup of Elysburg, and Rodney Shoup of Selinsgrove, four grandchildren, Dorothy, Rebecca, Molly, and Andrew, also three siblings, Leon Shoup of Elysburg, Glenn Shoup of Easton, and Luann Henninger of Bellefonte.

Graveside services will be Saturday October 16, 2021, at 2:00 pm, at Elan Memorial Park 5595 Old Berwick Rd. Bloomsburg, with Rev Michael Winn officiating.
