Dolores J. Reese 86, of Catawissa, went to be with the Lord, on Saturday, December 12, 2015 at Geisinger Bloomsburg Health Care Center.
Dolores was born October 26, 1929, in Cleveland Township, a daughter of the late Victor and Ora (Thomas) Small, she also was preceded in death by her husband Guy G. Reese on November 12, 2015, also by four sisters Leona Hampton, Grace Klees, Zae Haas and Fae Francis.
She was a member of Esther Furnace Church and Roaring Creek Valley Church. A 1947 graduate of Locust Township High School. Dolores worked for Emenee Shirt Factory in Catawissa and Baanol Sewing Factory of Bloomsburg. She enjoyed sewing and gardening, also spending time with family.
She is survived by her son, Brad T. Reese and his wife Mitzie of Catawissa and two grandchildren Brady and Emily. A sister Doris Tomashefski of Espy.
Services will be Wednesday, December 16, 2015 at 11:00 am from the Allen R. Horne Funeral Home193 McIntyre Rd.17820, with Pastor Chris Dunlap officiating. Burial will follow at Esther Furnace Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 10:00 am till time of service.
