Eileen A Blass

Eileen A. Blass, 71, of Catawissa passed away on Thursday June 19, 2025, at Pottsville Manor. She was born June 29, 1953, in Bloomsburg, a daughter of the late Beatrice Burns.

She graduated from Columbia Montour Vocational School in 1971. She worked at Reliance Electric for 20 years, before opening her shop Calico Moon in Bloomsburg, and then retired as a CNA. She enjoyed crafting and spending time with her dogs.

Eileen is survived by her husband David J. Blass, whom she married November 25, 1972, and son Jonathan Blass and girlfriend Annissa of Catawissa.

Services will be Tuesday June 24, 2025, at 11:00 am at the Allen R. Horne Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 193 McIntyre Road, Catawissa with Pastor Chris Dunlap officiating. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. Family will receive friends from 10:00 am until time of service at the funeral home.
