Irvin L. “Sonny” Snyder Jr., 54, of Catawissa, passed away Wednesday, April 19, 2017 at his home.
He was born June 23, 1962 in Bloomsburg, a son of Irvin L. Snyder and wife Carolyn of Danville and the late Florence Garman Snyder who passed in 2002.
Sonny attended Danville Schools. He has been a member of ABATE for twenty plus years. Sonny is one of the founders of the Montour Motorcycle Riders. He enjoyed anything to do with motorcycles, camping and helping people. He also enjoyed getting together and spending time with family and having camp fires.
Sonny is survived by his fiancé Sue A. Thomas, three sisters Pauline and husband Stanley St. Clair Sr. of Lewisburg, Verda and husband William Keefer and Irene and husband Timothy Welsh both of Danville, several nieces and nephews and his dog Shultzy, cat Batman and his snake Samson.
Services will be Monday at 7:00 pm at Allen R. Horne Funeral Home & Cremation Services 193 McIntyre Rd. Catawissa, Pa 17820 with Pastor Bill Renno officiating.
