Jessica Anna Laudisz

Jessica Anna Laudisz, 24, of Catawissa passed into the loving arms of her Saviour on Thursday, Nov. 11, 2021, at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville.

Jessica was born on March 6, 1997, in Nyack, NY, a daughter of Gyula and Linda (Long) Laudisz.  She grew up in New City, NY and graduated from Community High School in Teaneck, NJ.  

Jessica was active in New York with the equestrian program at Camp Venture and the bowling and soccer teams of Special Olympics.  She worshiped and served alongside her family and friends at the Elim Alliance Church in Valley Cottage, NY.  After moving to Catawissa, Jessica volunteered with Restoration Ministries in Shamokin, distributing food for those in need.  She loved her Golden Retrievers (Prince, Cosmos, and Tucker) and trips to Tennessee.  

Jessica will be remembered for her contagious spirit and love of life and will be greatly missed by her parents, Gyula and Linda Laudisz,  her sister, Cassandra, and her grandparents, Howard and Esther Long, all of Catawissa.  She is also remembered by many aunts, uncles, and cousins both here and in Hungary as well as friends too numerous to count.

A celebration of life will be held Saturday, November 20th, 2021, at 11am, at Grace Bible Church, 209 McIntyre Road, Catawissa, PA 17820.  Internment will follow at Mount Zion United Methodist Church, Catawissa.
