Regina (Jean) (Silcoskie) Shulski

Regina (Jean) Shulski, 77, of Catawissa, and formerly of Mount Carmel, passed away Sunday, May 22, 2016, at her residence.
She was born Sept. 15, 1938, in Mount Carmel, a daughter of the late Joseph and Leona (Sweeder) Silcoskie.
Regina graduated from Mount Carmel High School Class of 1956. She worked at Community Central Savings and Loans before retiring from Alexander Family Dealership in Bloomsburg. Regina was a member of Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church, Catawissa.
Regina is survived by three nephews: John Brown and wife, Denise, of Shamokin; Ed Credito and wife, Lauri, of Mount Carmel; and Joseph Credito of Jonestown; three nieces: Peggy Treese and husband, Matthew, of Mount Carmel; Debbie Steinberger and husband, Dan, of Shamokin; and Pat Williams and companion, Joe Revinis, of Mount Carmel; as well as
cousin, James Sweeder, and wife, Cindy, of Fairfax, Va.
Regina was preceded in death by her parents as well as her husband, Al Shulski, whom she married Sept. 23, 1984; brother, Joseph Silcoskie; and two sisters: Dolores Brown and Mary Credito.
A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, May 31, 2016, at 10 a.m. at Our Lady of Mercy Church, 304 Slabtown Road, Catawissa. Burial will follow at Fort Indiantown Gap Cemetery. Family will receive friends at Our Lady Of Mercy Church, May 31, 2016, from 9 a.m. until time of service.
