Theresa L (Gregorowicz) Doraski

Theresa L. Doraski, 85, of Catawissa went to be with the Lord December 2, 2018 surrounded by her family at her home.

She was born May 18, 1933 in Numidia, a daughter of the late Adolph and Sophia Hodoba Gregorowicz.

She married Thomas F. Doraski on April 16, 1955 and they celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary before his passing on October 23, 2015. She was the bookkeeper for their business, Tom Doraski Service.

She was a life-long member of Our Lady of Mercy Roman Catholic Church, Slabtown.

Theresa enjoyed traveling and playing cards. She will be greatly missed by her  “Buddy”, a rescue dog.

She was preceded in death by sisters Dorothy, Martha and Gertrude, and a brother Adam. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family.

She is survived by daughters: Diane (Danny) Speer, Catawissa, with whom she lived, and Kelly (Alan) Huntington, Catawissa, three grandchildren Jessica Kozian ( Sam McGowan), Ken (Amika) Huntington, and Becky (Gary) Gallup. Also great grandchildren: Dylan, Logan and Colin Kozian, and Hailey and Aleisha Gallup.
