Veronica D. Servose, 86, of Elysburg passed away Sunday February 7, 2016 at Maria Hall, Danville. She was born December 25, 1929 in Slabtown, a daughter of the late John and Helen Veronica (Kisela) Kundrick.
She attended schools in Roaring Creek Township. Veronica enjoyed bowling, reading, and doing puzzles. She was the best cook around. Veronica was a member of Our Lady of Mercy Church, Slabtown.
Veronica is survived by her son Steven Servose, of Elysburg, five grandchildren; Tyler and wife Tonya, Wesley, Ryan, Jaclyn and Danae Servose, and one great-granddaughter Blakely Servose. As well as a brother Gerald Kundrick and wife Jean of Ohio, and two sisters; Teresa Fink and husband Ray of Millgrove, and Roseann Buchman of Chicago.
She was preceded in death by her husband Edward J. Servose who passed away in 2005, son John Servose who passed away in 2009, four brothers; John, Stephen, Joseph, and Andy Kundrick, and two sisters; Irene Nazarchyk, and Mary Jones.
Services will be Thursday February 11, 2016 at 10:00 am at Our Lady of Mercy Church, 304 Slabtown Road, Catawissa with Father Thomas Mannion, her pastor officiating. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. Family and friends may send online condolences to allenrhornefuneralhome.com.
